Potato soup with greens

Ingredients:
5 large potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 pc. celery, 1 pc. parsley root, 1 pc. pastirnac, 1 pc. onions, herbs, salt, 2 tablespoons broth, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 liter soup
Preparation:
Peel the vegetables, wash and cut squares. Fry onions in oil and when browned, add vegetables to cut and cook together, then go off with water. After an hour cooking vegetables, add potatoes cut in quarters. When the potatoes have softened add borsch boil, then puree
Prior to serving at the table puts chopped greens.
